For most brands (Magpul Lifetime, Holosun 10-year, 5.11 Lifetime, Spyderco Lifetime) the warranty is honored regardless of who you bought from. Yes, where permitted. Shipping restrictions vary by state — we do not ship ammunition to CA, NJ, NY, MA, CT, IL, or Washington DC. Ammunition is restricted from international shipping under federal law. Returns on ammunition are not accepted once shipped per federal regulations.

No license required for the vast majority of our products. We sell accessories — no FFL transfer needed. The only exceptions are products with state-specific restrictions (see below). Some products require an adult signature on delivery (21+ for ammunition in most states).

We screen orders against destination state restrictions and will not ship prohibited items to states where they are illegal. If your order includes a restricted item, you will be contacted before shipment and offered either a substitute (a 10-round magazine instead of a 15-round, for example) or a refund. We do not knowingly violate state law.

Federal law currently permits binary triggers under ATF guidance. State-level restrictions exist in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington. Forced-reset triggers (FRTs) have additional restrictions in some jurisdictions and ATF guidance is evolving. Always verify your specific state and municipality before ordering. TakTactical will not ship binary or FRT triggers to states where they are prohibited.

We do not sell suppressors directly. We do sell suppressor accessories — flash hiders, muzzle brakes, thread adapters, and mounts (SilencerCo ASR, Dead Air KeyMicro, HUXWRX, Griffin Dual-Lok, Gemtech Quickmount). Suppressors themselves are NFA-regulated items that require a Form 4 application, a $200 tax stamp, and 6-12 month wait — they are typically purchased through a local Class 3 SOT dealer.

We collect only the information needed to process your order and provide customer service: name, shipping address, email, phone, and payment information (the last is handled by authorize.net, not stored by us).
