When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our US warehouse. Larger items, ammo, or items requiring special handling may take 3-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@taktactical.com or (954) 487-9799 and we'll do our best to modify or cancel. Once an order has shipped, you'll need to refuse delivery or return it after receipt.
What if my tracking shows "delivered" but I don't have it?
First, check with neighbors and around your property — couriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If you still can't find it after 24 hours, contact the carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS) to file a missing package claim. Email us at info@taktactical.com and we'll help you through the process.
