🔫 SIG P320 Full-Size
📦 17-Round 9mm
🛡️ Alloy Steel Construction
✅ Magpul Reliability
🇺🇸 Ships from FL
When polymer won't cut it, Magpul's AMAG line steps in. The AMAG 17 SG9 is a 17-round 9mm magazine built specifically for the SIG SAUER P320 full-size — same Magpul reliability and consistency you expect from PMAGs, now in a hardened alloy construction that handles the most demanding duty and competition use.

Why Shooters Choose the AMAG 17 SG9
-
Built for harder duty use. The AMAG uses a hardened aluminum body with stainless steel feed lips — purpose-built for high round counts, holster wear, and harsh environmental exposure where polymer magazines start to fatigue.
-
P320 fit precision. Designed around the exact dimensions of the SIG P320 full-size frame — drops free clean, seats fully, and locks back the slide on the last round consistently.
-
Magpul reliability lineage. Backed by the same testing program that made the PMAG the gold standard — drop-tested, environmentally stressed, and round-count validated before it ships.
-
Anti-tilt follower. Wide-stance follower geometry prevents nose-dive feeding failures, especially with HP defensive ammo and stubby-nose loads.
-
Concealment-friendly footprint. Flush-fit baseplate keeps the magazine inside the holster line for IWB carry without sacrificing capacity.

⚠️ State Restrictions: 17-round magazine capacity may not be legal for civilian purchase in CA, CO (limited), CT, HI, MA, MD, NJ, NY, VT, WA, and DC. Check your local law before ordering. Restricted-state shoppers should look at the 10-round AMAG variants instead.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit my SIG P320 X-Compact or Sub-Compact?
No. The AMAG 17 SG9 is sized for the P320 Full-Size frame. It will protrude significantly and may not lock in correctly on the X-Compact or Sub-Compact. Look for the 12-round AMAG variant for compact P320 frames.
What's the difference between AMAG and PMAG?
PMAG uses polymer construction — lighter, less expensive, excellent for most users. AMAG uses hardened aluminum alloy with stainless steel feed lips — heavier, more durable for high round counts, holster wear, and harsh environments. For duty use or competition, AMAG. For range and EDC, PMAG is usually enough.
Does this work with SIG P320 X-Five or X-Carry Legion?
Yes — the X-Five and X-Carry Legion use the full-size P320 magazine well, so the AMAG 17 SG9 drops in and functions as designed.
Will hollow-point defensive ammo feed reliably?
Yes. The wide-stance anti-tilt follower is engineered specifically to prevent nose-dive failures common to hollow-point and stubby defensive ammunition. Test with your specific ammo to confirm in your firearm.
How does this compare to factory SIG P320 magazines?
Factory SIG P320 mags are excellent and the standard. The AMAG is positioned as a more durable alternative with the Magpul testing program behind it and a hardened body for harsher use cases. Both work — AMAG is the upgrade if you want a magazine that lasts longer under heavy use.
Does TakTactical ship to my state?
We ship 17-round magazines to all states where civilian ownership is legal. If you're in a restricted-capacity state (CA, NY, NJ, MA, etc.), we'll automatically reroute your order or send you to the appropriate 10-round variant. Questions on state law? Call (954) 487-9799.
