No — the TLR-7 Sub HLX is specifically built for the slimline Glock 43X / 48 rail. Double-stack Glocks (17/19/22/23/45) use a wider rail. For those, look at the standard TLR-7 or TLR-7A.
Yes — you need a holster cut specifically for "Glock 43X / 48 with TLR-7 Sub" (Streamlight or Olight light-bearing holster). Most major holster brands (Vedder, Bravo Concealment, Tier 1, T-Rex Arms) make this exact fit. Don't try to force a standard 43X/48 holster.
Streamlight rates the TLR-7 Sub HLX at 1.5 hours of continuous run time on a single CR123A. For carry use (occasional brief activations), expect to replace the battery every 6-12 months even if you haven't used it heavily.
Streamlight officially recommends only CR123A primary lithium batteries for this light — RCR123 rechargeables are higher voltage and can damage the electronics or shorten LED life. Stick with quality CR123As (Streamlight, SureFire, Energizer).
